Due to the rapid growth in sales we are currently undergoing a refurbishment due to complete in May. Ideally we would like to have a new Sales Executive in place to hit the ground running once the refurbishment is complete. We are looking for talented individuals to join our sales team, selling a combination of new and/or used vehicles, with a wide range of finance and insurance products. Someone with used car experience would be ideal as our new Sales Manager has been tasked with expansion of the used car business. Motor retail experience would be preferable; however, a proven track record of resilience and sales experience would be advantageous as full training and support will be available from both the existing team and management. What you absolutely need is unlimited confidence, drive, energy, talent and character. You must be well presented with a desire and attitude to succeed. You will have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers. You will also possess a clean driving licence and will either already be FCA approved or willing to be trained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting in to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with the sale of both new and used cars against set targets to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives
  • Pro-active generation of new business and customers through effective daily prospecting of existing database, renewals and referrals
  • Effectively promoting and selling additional finance and insurance products.
  • Providing the high standard of customer service expected within a franchised main car dealer
  • Adhere to the manufacturer’s sales process professionally from start to finish, while having the personality to shine through as an individual to your customer
