Westgate Motors Ltd is looking for an Sales Administrator to join its busy Sales Admin department with immediate effect. Previous experience within an accounting role would be advantageous.

Working with and providing a quality service to support the sales department within the dealership is a crucial part of the job. Therefore, the successful candidate will be a team player and possess excellent communication and administration skills, and have the ability to work to continuous deadlines.

The role involves:

  • Invoicing and ordering vehicles
  • Stock management and checks
  • Taxing vehicles and controlling vehicle transportation using AFRL
  • Closing down deal files

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Accounting experience
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A high motivated attitude
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Good clear handwriting
